we are think visual

Naomi Fein, founder and CEO Think Visual. 2015 Network Ireland Businesswoman of the Year award winner. She is a fast creative thinker. After more than two decades of working with clients as a communication consultant, designer and facilitator, Naomi had the inspiration to start a company that is all around communication and engagement. She sees herself as a global change maker with a pencil (Apple) as a "weapon" of choice.

Eleanor studied Visual Communications at the National College of Art & Design in Dublin and subsequently worked for 6 years as an in-house designer and illustrator in Dublin and Kilkenny. In 2013 she was introduced to graphic harvesting when she saw Naomi working at TEDX Cork. She loved the idea of combining her illustration and design skills to translate complex information into clear, accessible visuals. Eleanor began working full time at Think Visual in April 2014, and has been kept busy ever since.

He has written and directed comedy, drama and children’s shows as well as scripts for short films and alternative fiction. As a performer, he has been part of the hugely popular Snatch Comedy group since their inception in 2002. In this guise, he can be seen performing in an improv comedy show every week.

George is a Welsh animator and illustrator who graduated with first class honours from the North Wales School of Art and Design in 2013. After being inspired by the characters of the animated Disney films he started drawing at the age of 2 and has never been seen without a pencil (or a Wacom pen) to this day. He is passionate about designing characters, many of whom have had starring roles in the animated projects he has collaborated with Think Visual on. This collaboration started in 2013, and has been going strong ever since.

Grace started with Think Visual in 2014 as a Creative PA and has grown with the company, experiencing different roles within Think Visual. She now manages the Animation Studio and loves the diversity this role brings. She especially enjoys asking questions that provoke thinking, break paradigms and cause laughter. Having been an artist from an early age, she is constantly in the search for good stories that live long and help the understanding of complex issues.

Dave Farrelly joined Think Visual in July 2017 and is responsible for managing all client and partner relationships. He has worked in the interactive media space for many years, starting his career at Vivendi Universal Games and more recently with Riverdeep in product development studio leadership roles. Dave’s sweet spot is in managing relationships and worked with the Innovation Value Institute in Maynooth University on building and growing industry contribution to the institute’s research agenda. He looks forward to hearing from you and to discussing how Think Visual can support your stakeholder engagement needs!

Tamar is a process designer and facilitator who loves to get things done. Simply and elegantly if possible, while making the world a better place. It's not just about hugging trees - working with visuals helps people reach the full potential of their own resources. and that's absolutely beautiful. When she's not munching scones in Cork, she's in Utrecht, NL, playing with a ginger cat and hunting rays of sun.
