From complexity to clarity - Fast!
ShapeScape is a unique visual mapping process designed to help business and community leaders make sense of complex stakeholder relationships. Through guided sessions, I support individuals or groups in mapping out their goals and the people involved in reaching them, both allies and obstacles.
Using a system of colour-coded shapes, ShapeScape reveals the patterns that drive or hinder progress. Conducted in person (using physical shapes) or online (using Miro), the process is highly interactive and grounded in systems thinking and human-centred design.
By the end of the first part, you'll have a clear, visual "human landscape"—an infographic showing the forces at play. In the second part, we analyse this map to surface insights, highlight high-risk zones, and identify quick wins, creating a living tool to guide your strategy and track change over time.
