A Visual Process For Effective Stakeholder Engagement

In order to achieve our goals, we need the support & engagement of others: team members, employees, suppliers, customers, investors, communities … people. But people are complicated! And combined with a lack of time, money, and often motivation, ensuring impactful & lasting engagement can be extremely hard to deliver.

We have developed a new visual process that allows you to zoom out, gain an overview of your human capital, and tap into the unique processing power in your head. Your brain can crunch visual information super fast—60,000 times faster than non-visual information, especially when the information is presented in formats like Excel tables or PowerPoint slides!

After only 6 hours, you and your team will be better able to prioritise, plan, and keep adapting as your project evolves. Sound impossible? Try us out!

Conducted a workshop using ShapeScape with Naomi and Lia from Think Visual. My team and I found the day very useful and insightful. A very worthwhile use of time. Bravo!
— Tom Quinn, Accounts Director @ Fujitsu

  • Accelerate project delivery (e.g. securing a client contract extension before the deadline)

  • Design new and effective routes to unblock projects

  • Ensure buy-in from different levels of management and operational stakeholders

  • Simplify complex concepts or ideas and communicate them effectively with clarity

Who is it for?
