Coaching is both my craft and my calling.

A way of bringing my skills in service of a more connected, conscious, and humane world.

Naomi Fein is a business coach and facilitator in West Cork who uses simple but effective visual tools to help individuals and teams move from overwhelm to clarity.

Education

  • HDip in Personal and Management Coaching from UCC

  • Certificate in Business and Impact Planning for Social Enterprises from MITx

  • Certificate in Art, Participation and Development from MTU

  • BA Community Education and Development from MTU

Approach

I support people and organisations to slow down, find clarity, and take purposeful action in complex times. My coaching is grounded in the belief that transformation happens when we create space to listen deeply, reconnect with what matters, and move forward in ways that are thoughtful, embodied, and regenerative.

With a background in design and facilitation, my work is highly visual and experiential. I use live drawing, metaphors, and creative frameworks to make complex challenges visible and actionable.

Experience

I founded Think Visual in 2013 and relaunched it in 2025 as a coaching and facilitation practice. For over 25 years, I’ve worked with leaders, teams, and change-makers across public, private, and community sectors. In 2015, I was named Network Ireland’s New Business Woman of the Year.

I would definitely recommend Naomi as a life coach. She uses her visual and creative skills to guide you on your path. Having someone who can read you is truly effective. You become clearer, and as a result, it’s easier to achieve your goals. If you have a chance to meet Naomi, take it.
