Her Circle Cancellation & Refunds

We keep this simple, so you know where you stand before you book.

Season Ticket (3 months, €120)

• Your season ticket covers the three months you’ve booked. You book your own circles within that season, and it’s up to you to use them.

• Season tickets are non-refundable. Circles you don’t use can’t be carried over into months outside your season.

Monthly Membership

• Your monthly payment covers that month’s circle. If you don’t use it, it isn’t refunded.

• You can stop your membership at any time. To cancel, log in to your BookWhen account and cancel your subscription there: https://bookwhen.com/thinkvisual

• If you’ve been charged for a month that hasn’t started yet, get in touch and I’ll refund you. Once the month has begun, that month’s payment isn’t refundable.

Can’t make your circle?

Life happens. If you can’t make a circle and I have space in my diary, I can offer you a 30-minute one-to-one coaching session instead. Just let me know before the circle date and we’ll find a time.

If I have to cancel a circle

Sometimes things outside my control get in the way - illness, weather, or a venue problem. If I need to cancel, I’ll let you know as soon as I can and try to find another date.

If the new date doesn’t work for you, you can choose a refund of €40 for that circle, or a 30-minute one-to-one coaching session instead (depending on my availability).
