EHFG 20 Year Anniversary

"Working with the Think Visual team was an amazing experience – as the host of a conference with more than 500 participants of nearly all age ranges and from a variety of different walks of life and interests it can be tricky to engage everyone. Think Visual knew from the very beginning what was needed, understood spot on what is appropriate for our setting, topic and clients and accompanied us throughout the process in the most professional and pleasant way. We are perfectly happy with the outcomes of our 20th anniversary crowd harvest. Naomi and her crew are proactive, creative, comprehending and extremely reliable – we can definitely recommend them and hope to work with them again!"
Kahr-Gottlieb,
Secretary General, EHFG

THE CHALLENGE

In October 2017, European Health Forum Gastein (EHFG) celebrated its 20 year anniversary. The organisers wanted to involve attendees during the event in a new creative way, reflecting on the past and future of EHFG as well as having a shareable output to use with the wider stakeholders in the coming year.

Deliverables

Think Visual team designed, produced and facilitated a unique interactive art installation. The installation engaged with attendees in creating content and constructing a large 3D structure during the event. A video team documented the interaction and was able to share a completed video including interviews with the founding members and action shots of the installation for the closing session.

THE IMPACt

The art installation was well-received by the attendees: over 150 people engaged in just the first day. They shared their personal stories, insights, and future vision. The video was used at the closing plenary session. EHFG team is planning to use the video to further their mission of influencing health policy in Europe.
