I thought I could handle it all — until a jug of milk met my face on a rainy January morning. What followed was a quiet lesson in capacity, support, and designing the year ahead with care.
Inviting a Year of Acceptance
What if we operated in this world within our capacity? What if we didn’t have to navigate the constant experience of lack?
With the new year starting, I felt the pull to design and clarify 2026. But I didn’t feel ready. 2025 went so fast, and I was tired. The holidays did not charge me up. I came into January with a deep need to rest, to stop.
I didn’t feel clear, and the idea of deciding on yearly goals and setting up projects made me want to crawl under the duvet.
Are You Running Your Business, or Is It Running You?
Are You Running Your Business, or Is It Running You?
For the female founder, the creative entrepreneur, and the local business owner who is pouring her heart into her work but feeling overwhelmed, overstretched, and under-rewarded.

Raising the Voices of Fingal Women Pioneers - Creative Coaching Project
In 2024, Naomi Fein, from Think Visual, alongside Heather Mullin, has been working with Fingal County Council to deliver a four-month training programme called Raising The Voices of Fingal Women Pioneers. The programme creates a supportive platform for women, empowering them to articulate their leadership, deepen community connections, and drive change in the local election context. The process delves into the 'mythology' of leadership, council influence dynamics, and community connections, culminating in a public event where women present their work through an immersive artistic experience.

European Heath Forum Gastein - 20 Year Anniversary
In October 2017, European Health Forum Gastein (EHFG) celebrated its 20 year anniversary. The organisers wanted to involve attendees during the event in a new creative way, reflecting on the past and future of EHFG as well as having a shareable output to use with the wider stakeholders in the coming year.
Activating the SDG’s
Safe Food, like all other organisations, is increasingly being asked to consider climate change and sustainability in their daily work.
